I ordered a dress for my daughter, beautiful design and picture on the website. The dress arrived! It was rammed into a cellophane bag and then into a DHL delivery bag, about 18 inch square. The dress is a very poor replica of the dress we chose! It is poor quality fabric with frayed edges on the lace, poorly sewn edges. The original design had covered buttons the full length of the back of the dress sewn very close together before it swept open to reveal a lace fishtail. On this one the buttons are about 4 inches apart! I have contacted the "Company" via email, there is no phone number and the UK address shown, there is no contact for. Someone called Ellen has responded to say I can return the dress but have to pay 30% of the cost. I refused this and she has now offered me a 50% refund and to keep the dress!
