*opinions please* Can I wear tights with these shoes?

katiechops, 11 January, 2013 at 20:25 Posted on Planning 0 13

Hi, I have these beautiful shoes, I want to wear tights as my thighs rub together plus tights stop my feet rubbing on my shoes, do you think I can wear tights with them? Well probably hold ups. or do I have to get the toeless ones.

I hear its ok to wear tights with peeptoes now but does it work with these shoes do you think? (the shoes look a bit brighter in real life, they are duck egg blue)

Thanks x

In my opinion, it's only ever acceptable to wear black tights with peep toes. Never nude tights. Never never never!

    ETA Bl00dy lovely shoes!

Tights and peep toes are a no no imo I'm afraid.

Have you tried the stuff you can get that stops chaffing? The name has escaped me sorry

You mean lanocaine, I use that for holidays but it doesnt last that long. Ive just found some pretty hold ups that have open toes from Betty and Belle, they look nice. I probably get them as they are pretty too. Best of both worlds . Thanks x

I personally would never wear tights of any colour with peep toe shoes if they werent toe-less.

More places sell toe less tights nowadays, even primark, so no excuse for seeing that awful tight seam & toes enclosed in tights through the peep toe- eeerrrr. (sorry to those that like this look)

ah I see, then I would go with no tights and you can apply cream for chafing?

If you are having a long dress you wont see your legs and actually you may be comfier without?

    Lovely shoes btw
