Hi all. I’m looking to provide my guests with an order of events so they know the timings for everything. How has everyone done this or planning to do this? I’ve seen options where they’ve put it on their welcome sign or printed out small cards with the details. I’m just not sure what would be better.

    Welcome sign!!! We made 130 menus for the tables and only a handful of people actually took them out to read! Hahah! Although this did not have the order of the day it had prices of the bar on it but they were hardly looked at.
