How many orders of service will I need? One per guest or one per couple/family?


Just trying to prevent too much waste if people end up leaving them after the service

    We did one pp but only 80 guests. Was handy for them to whip out to see what was happening next. Designed on canva and about £40 to print at size A6

    One for each household should be ok. But if you are having a church wedding with hymns/prayers etc that the guests need to join in with and you have any large family groups, I'd maybe get a few extra done. It's quite hard for more than 3 to share the same programme and all see it at once!

    If you are not in a church with hymns etc then you don't actually need one. we didn't have anything and was actually nice for our guests to not know who was doing readings etc. we also didn't have an order of the day sign/leaflet, we put it all on a page on our website and referred everyone to that,
