Order of the day.

Ceremony will take about half an hour, then allow 1.5 to 2 hours after for photos and drinks, so probably have your meal at 1 or 1.30. the meal takes around 2 hours with speeches so be done about 3.30pm. if you are then having the evening start at say 7pm the gap in between you could have some garden games or if people are staying at the venue it gives them a bit of chill time to then freshen up for the evening. Speak to you r venue to get ideas on timings as they have done it before and also what you can do in the down time as they may be able to allocate you a space to use
