Ostrich feather help needed!

Have chosen to do 3 tall slim vases with large white and royal blue ostrich feathers in. Just wondering where best to buy them and get the best price.

Has anyone else bought any or got any other ideas as to what to put in the vases?

Try http://www.ostrichfeather.co.uk who have a wide range of sizes, quality and colours.

The feathers are graded in quality so the more expensive ones are the better quality. You could also try ebay. Peacock feathers are another idea and tend to work out cheaper than ostrich feathers if they will fit into your theme although some people are superstitious about them!

I bought my ostrich feather from a local fabric shop - it was £2.50 for a very large one and came in lots of colours. You might get them cheaper if bulk buying.

Might be worth trying fabric shops near you or even craft shops.
