OT but i'm really proud of my cooking skills!

Well done moomin. I cooked my first Christmas dinner too for me, h2b, his parents, brother & girlfriend. It was a big success ?

Big congrats to you zippy! I think i had it easy cooking for just me and H2B, can't imagine how nervous you were cooking for all those people! We can be proud of ourselves together! ?

Thanks moomin and well done too Bluelady, I was really nervous about it as we only have a small house and small kitchen. PIL bought a 9 and half pound turkey crown which took an hour longer than I expected too, but I pulled it off and would do it all again. Now relaxing in my new pjs.

As it was just the 2 of us this year, and i cooked for 8 of us last year, we just munched cheese and biscuits all day this year so no huge pileof washing up for us to tackle this morning - hooray!!

Well done girls on cooking your xmas dinners, did you see the Royle family and Denise cooking her first Xmas dinner? What a laugh.
