    I'm off to fat club this eve .. I do not have much hope since the last two weeks have involved a lot of socialising, pints, fish and chips, cakes ... In fact I shall count myself lucky if I have put on less than 2 lbs!

    Well done Kharv! Rod - definitely measure - I went a few weeks without losing anything but my measurements had gone down. I've had a bad food day, after realising I was heavier than I thought yesterday I had a share bag of rolos at work today and chips for lunch. I really have to stop being so weak. I did go to the gym though tonight.

    Weighed myself at the gym tonight and im now under 10 stone.? Not quite a whole pound off this week but feels good to be back in the 9s. Got the hulahoop out now......this baby belly has to go!!!

    Rod - I often feel a bit down when I haven't lost anything but fair play to you, you still have the right attitude.

    Maldives - welcome along - I've put your start weight at 9st 7lbs - let me know if wrong!

    Perox - absolutely right - doing a rubbish session is better than nothing at all!

    SillyWrong - how did you get on at "Fat Club"? I've been meaning to join either SW or WW in my area but never get around to it.

    Aykay - was that about 1/2 lb off? Shall I note that?

    Am a bit late to this, but could I join in? After two hurtful comments about my weight this week (one was off my beloved husband to boot!) need to get off my (large) bum and do something.

    I currently weigh 14 stone. Would love to be down to 10 stone but I think that's way to ambitious and I'll get disappointed quickly. Perhaps look at losing 1.5/2 stone to start.

    Weighed in today & have lost 4 lbs Smiley smile So weigh 14st 5lbs now.

    Will be good if in a couple of weeks I can get under 14st, like to see the numbers drop!

    Haven't really been doing a lot of exercise as I haven't been well, but eating much more sensibly and cut out junk properly, enjoying myfitnesspal too this week and it helps keep my mind on it Smiley smile

    Hope every has a good week and huge well done to those who've lost x

    Depressing week this week ? was 96.70 and now 97 so put on 300g I guess ? had OH's mums wedding over the last three days so kind of hard to stick to the diet ? sigh. Thing is I didn't go overly off the rails and putting it on MFP I didn't go over 2000kcal a day... And still put on weight!!! Anyway I guess I must try harder next week... Sigh.

    Went into bridal shop today to try on the sample dress again....i have ordered the same size.

    when i ordered it in January, it was tight. Today it was too big ? Felt so good to actually see the results of the gym and diet.

    Ooh can I join in. My weight really yo-yos and can't do much exercise at the moment as I have an aggravated disc in my back. Tend to find losing in the week but then put it back on over a weekend so by Monday I'm back at the same weight. Smiley sad

    Currently following the terry ann 123 diet which is basically low carb but finding eating out and socialising very difficult on low carb. You have to be really organised and pre prep food in the week as most lunch places offer sandwiches or salads with carbs in them. Tried WW and SW before but didn't get on with either of them. Need a kick to find my mojo

    currently 12 5 but want to get to 10.7.

    I weighed in on Friday morning and had lost 3lb so was about 11st 4 which is nice! However, I fear I may have undone this good work over the weekend. So today begins 2 weeks of low carbs and no drinking. I have a hen do on 26th April and I want to feel confident! Hoping to be under 11 by then.

    Breakfast today was homemade granola and greek yoghurt

    Lunch will be a salad, perhaps with chicken and avocado.

    Dinner is breaded plaice fillets with kale and broccoli.

    I am also planning to go to the gym tonight, Weds - Fri as well

    I'm dreading weigh in tonight! I was doing so well then I went off the rails at the weekend.

    I blame Otters. Was totally worth it, though.

    No loss for me last week. I think I was a bit lax with my counting! I find it really difficult not to get despondent when I don't lose, I have to remind myself that it isn't the be all and end all. And at least I didn't gain!

    No loss for me. Started really well but went to a funeral on Friday, then came down with a virus so spent the weekend resting and comfort eating. Didn,'t gain though.

    Kochanski - excellent weight loss - it's amazing the results you'll get when giving up wine, isn't it?

    Gracey -as Flora has said, it's very negligible so don't beat yourself up - you've done so well so far x

    Aykay - Nothing quite like the feeling of clothes being too loose, is there?!

    MrsPDM & Cinnamon9 - welcome along & good luck.

    Cilla - well done - great weight loss.

    Rod - well done to you too - looking at your healthy plan for the day, I wouldn't be surprised if you 'roll back' the bad work of the weekend!

    Kharv - good luck tonight - hopefully it won't be as bad as you expected.

    InkedDoll & celticcurl - as you've said yourselves, staying the same is always better than weight gain - well done for not gaining!

    Ok...I am back from the holiday and nothing fits. I have started MFP as of today. I will update weight on Thursdays when I weigh in for SW if that's ok?

    It was lovely, just what the doctor ordered. It was AI though so I consumed my body weight in wine, olives, breads with dips, cake, and ice cream.

    Stayed the same this week but have been ill for the last couple of weeks and went to a wedding Friday so that didn't help. Going to get back on it this week.

    Happy Monday everyone, and well done to everyone who has lost J

    I was meant to weigh myself at lunch time today but had to go home and help the OH find his work phone!

    I will weigh myself tomorrow and update it on here, I’m a bit scared though, all I have done is eat out or eat takeaway and chocolate and drink wine! Today is the day I start afresh, an early morning run followed by a protein smoothie, a turkey breast for a mid-morning snack, tuna, wholegrain rice and peas for lunch (yummy btw), 0% fat greek yoghurt and flaxseed for a mid-afternoon snack and I’ll be doing personal training, spinning and a quick swim tonight, followed by a protein shake. Dinner will be grilled fish, carrot and sweede mash and shredded red cabbage and beetroot.

    I will get back to my pre wedding weight!!!

    I did the dreaed weigh in at the gym this lunch time and I am still 9st 7lb. No weight loss, but i'm ok with staying the same after the awful food week i have had!

    Bliss_balloons & Maldives - well done on staying the same - always better than a gain!

    kharv/pdmtobe/nammy502 - well done on your weight loss!

    AFM (and for me) - gained 1lb which I expected and wasn't bad considering I was partying at the weekend

    Good work everyone!

    I got my new hula hoop yesterday. It's one of those weighted fitness ones. SOLID! I used to be really good at hula hooping - apparently it is NOT just like riding a bike. I'm getting there. Slooowly.

    Off swimming tonight.

    Holiday in 20 days!!

    I had a bit of an up and down week, and have 2 weddings this week but so long as I don't put on I'm happy. Have been floating around 9 stone 13 this week.

    Kharv the hoop sounds like a fab idea - where did you get your weighted one from?

    Already done 30 day shred today though and off to do some more exercises so hopefully get a not bad loss for next week Smiley smile
