Paperwork after Greek wedding

My husband and I got married in Santorini in Sept (amazing location) and followed all the correct procedures for the paperwork. We recently received our marriage certificates and obviously they are in Greek. Do I need to get them translated back in to English? And if so do they need to have the apostille stamp authorised by the FCO? There’s loads of info online about the before but not the after.
