You can do either, just make sure your booking and passport match. If you don’t want/need to renew your passport yet, book everything for yourself in your maiden name, and use your current passport. If you need to renew your passport anyway (or you want to renew it) then book in your married name, and you’ll need to complete a special form to get your passport updated to your married name before your ceremony.
