Please, this is just for your information BUT please please save yourselves the stress and inconvenience and AVOID Artist Management Service Ltd when booking your band / entertainment. We have found more than several couples going through a nightmare trying to reschedule their bands, cancel their bands due to COVID etc, Many are being "forced" to pay for services that are no longer being held, charged excess cancellation fees for ADMIN, and the worst of all, being blamed for their colleagues going bust AND taking their won lives.
There is a reason you cannot find any reviews on line - when you contact them they claim to have many members of staff but in fact they're very few and "Ben" pretends to be various people. They copy and paste responses to complaints, they try and bamboozle you with legal gargon when in fact they're breaking the rules.
Our advise is to push it through the small claims courts at a cost of £50 and report them to the insolvency services via companies house.
Please DON'T fall for this joke of a company. Many reputable companies out there with plenty of visible review you can read.
If you have fallen fowl of this company in the last 6 years and lost money - please get in touch. We currently have numerous couples we are assisting in recovering their monies this company has "stolen"
