Apparently yesterday was National Pie Day, so I made a lovely chicken and veg pie for our dinner (not very SW-friendly but I saved my syns up all day for it!). H liked it so much, he wants the same again tonight.
What are you favourite types of pie? Is it only really a pie if there's pastry on the bottom too, or is it acceptable to have a casserole dish full of 'stuff' with a pastry lid? Are sweet pies better than savoury?
