Planning a destination wedding in Portugal — where do i even start?

Hi everyone! We’re thinking about having our wedding abroad and are just starting to look into everything. There seems to be so much to organise, from finding the right venue and local suppliers to sorting things out for guests. For those who have already planned a destination wedding, did you use a wedding planner in Portugal or manage everything yourselves? Would love to hear how it went and anything you wish you’d known earlier.
