Hi Ibiza1, I had my wedding at Cas Mila in July. We had an amazing day and I would certainly recommend it to anyone for a wedding. We went with the bbq option, which went down really well with the guests. There was so much choice, lots of meat, salad and potatoes (check if any guests are vegetarians because you may need to get a different option for them). I won't say the food was basic because it wasn't but it isn't as fancy as the food which you'll be served at the likes of Amante or if you had Eat as your caterers. But don't let this put you off, the food at Cas Mila was honestly really delicious. The tapas that were served after the ceremony as aperitifs was lovely too. I can't really remember the price of the drinks at the bar, I had a lot of drinks bought for me. But I will say that it can't be too bad because some of our guests would quite happily moan if they thought they were extortionate (were from Yorkshire and Yorkshire men can moan about the price of things lol) and not one guests commented at the time or since about the bar prices. We booked the package, although we did make changes (changed the dj so we could have beezwax who was brilliant, and also the photographer to Ana Lui, who is amazing), Candi was great about making the changes. We had cupcakes but we paid extra to have butter icing, it didn't cost much more. I had also taken some little pink hearts to sprinkle on the cupcakes with me. I chose to take a small iced cake and cake topper with me too, to put as the top tier which we could cut into.

Wanted to indroduce myself to the forum as we have just booked Cas Mila for our wedding in June 2014! We have chosen to book with Candi at the Ibiza Wedding Shop and so far she has been great with contacting us and quoting a great price for everything we want for our big day.

Pura Vida did my cake! They have their own bakery. It was white chocolate cheesecake, we had it for dessert, it was delicious!

I'm getting married next September in Ibiza at Ses Roques through Candi. Went to veiw the venue and many more in March, has anyone else been to see Ses Roques?

The weekend finally arrived and we went off venue hunting in Ibiza and have now confirmed El Chiringuito for 28 June 2013!!!!!

I am looking at using either Smack or Bellissima for my hair and make up - does anyone have any reviews on either of them at all or some pictures that i can look at?

Wedding dress shopping in a few weeks time now - just dont know what style to go for either!!

Myself and my partner are planning to get married in Ibiza in July/August 2014, we are looking to go over and view some places next Easter.

I have looked at Amante as one of the places however they won't marry in the months we want, we are pretty limited as my partner is a teacher so needs to be in the school holidays but willing to comprise to move to May if Amante really is that nice?

I have also looked at Pura Vida however after seeing reviews on trip advisor it put me off (they are quite old though) could anyone let me know there experiences if they have had any please?

I hadn't seen Cas mila until I joined this forum and I have now emailed them if anyone has any comments on this place with photos and prices if I could have a look that would be brilliant.

Having just got married at Amante this month I can confirm it is amazing!!!! We went to look at it in May and the weather was perfect at that time of year - really hot still but not too hot - mid/late 20s - you'll get a better price then too I'm sure.... Zeta is brilliant and my guests haven't stopped talking about the food or venue since

Congrats! Ibiza is such a beautiful place to get married – my wedding was two months ago now, so I'm jealous that you've got it all to look forward to!

I got married at Pura Vida, so it's quite upsetting seeing those awful reviews on TripAdvisor! I feel they're completely unjustified. I had the most fantastic wedding there, as you can probably tell from my previous posts. Alexandra, the event planner, was so helpful throughout; the venue was gorgeous and the food was out of this world. Plus, it was really reasonable, as there's no venue hire. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it, and have got lots of pics if you'd like me to email them to you. It's definitely worth considering, along with the other gorgeous venues like Amante and Cas Mila.

We were married at Amante in October, cake by Eileen @ Ibiza cakes, celebrant was her husband Paul Hedley, DJ Beezwax, photographer Marianne Ford, dress Suzanne Neville, hair and make up Smack, stayed in a few hotels and villas and plenty of feedback on others from guests, flowers El Ramo de Flores, airline ticket wedding invites from Goldfinch design...

Hacienda Na Xamena nr. Puerto San Miguel and El Chiringuito in Cala Gracioneta were my favourites last year. Amante was excellent too.

Most people have a secret wedding in the UK (with just witnesses) and then a blessing in Ibiza with a spiritual officiate.

Some great venues in Ibiza, I suggest reading back through this forum to see everyone's recommendations. I got married in Pura Vida (inbetween Es Cana and Santa Eulalia) and they were faultless. Also heard amazing things about Amante and Cas Mila.

If you're a non-resident, you can only legally get married in Ibiza if you are catholic, which I am. I got married in San Carlos church. If you're not catholic, you would need to do the legal part first in the UK.

This is run by Vickki from Eat Ibiza, this is who we used for our wedding. The food and planning were amazing with Vickki so I'm sure her restaurant would be awesome too.

Make sure you book Beezwax as your DJ, he was incredible, all of our friends thought he was fab too.

Hairdressers on Ibiza are really expensive - at least the ones who speak English/do weddings are! I used Louisa Mason Cooper - she did a great job and is lovely. Our Cas Mila wedding was perfect - Fran has just posted the link to our feature in the real weddings above but if you send me your email address i'll send some others over. So many perople commented of the location and the food.

We used the Dj and photograher in the package - both were perfect - we gave the dj a play list of some of our fave songs which he managed to fit in to his set.

I cant help with hair and make up though as 2 of my close friends are hair and make up artists so they did it for me.

We brought silk flowers with us so cant help with this either.
