Copa, I used Islandbus. No problems, and they even came out to my apartment when I arrived in Ibiza to take payment in cash rather than me find the office. x
That's great to hear! Thanks! Where did you get married db3000? I'm in a villa, hopefully its not a problem for their minibuses to get down the driveway!
Congrats to all those happy couples getting married overseas! We had an overseas wedding recently and it really makes for a memorable experience for everyone. A service we discovered and should prove useful for others getting married abroad was www.mypartymix.co.uk. We didn't want to risk the entertainment on an unknown quantity local band/dj - they just took our music, made an amazing mix which we stuck on an iPod. Very simple and went down a storm.
Has anybody booked Bellisima and what sort of prices do they charge for bridal hair and make-up with a trial and 4x bridesmaid hair? Their website is under reconstruction and I have had no response via email.
i'm pretty sure it was €3 for a beer when i DJ'd at weddings there last year. will try and remember to check next time i go for dinner at cas mila......
We are hoping to head out to Cas Mila in May this year to have a look at the venue. Please can you email me your photos of the restaurant. I am a bit weary about how the wedding guests and general public eating at the restaurant work, do you know if they're in the same area or totaly seperate? We dont want 100 wedding guests so wont have exclusivity but my Dads worried that we'll have the general public wanting to dance with us when the DJ starts!
We are in the process of looking at venues in Ibiza, Cas Mila is definately on the top of our list. Did you do the legal bits before you flew out or after?
Do you have any photos you could send to me please, the place looks amazing. How did it work with your wedding guests and the general public eating at the restaurant? Do they ever overlap or is there a seperate bar, eating area etc? My Dads also worried that we're going to have the general public wanting to dance with us when the DJ starts! We dodnt want 100 guests so wont have exclusivity so we're trying to cover all areas.
We are looking at Cas Mila as a wedding venue for our ceremony/reception. Have you done a wedding there before? I am slightly weary about the set up of the wedding guests and the general public eating at the venue. We dont want 100 guests so we cant have exclusivity so do you know how the set up works? Will the wedding guests and general public ever cross paths, e.g. share the same bar, toilets etc? My Dads worried that he'll be paying for a DJ that the general public will be using too.
think of it from their point of view - they are out for a nice dinner, and being forced to listen to a DJ that they didn't ask for or know about ;-) it doesn't really matter anyway; by the time the DJ starts; most of the non-wedding guests have finished eating and are thinking about leaving.
most of the dancing is inside too so regular diners would have to properly mingle with your guests to get involved - it just doesn't happen, so don't worry :-)
I was looking on you tube this morning and someone has posted a video of their wedding at cas mila- looks amazing and will give you an idea of what its like before you head out there x
Hi Bubbly, I got married at Cas Mila last July. We've been going to Ibiza for years and now tend to stay in Cala Llonga. It's a smaller resort has enough places to eat and drink but is close to Santa Eulalia and Playa Den Bossa if you want to go out for the night. We booked a coach to pick up all our guests (they too stayed in Cala Llonga) to take them to Cas Mila (about 30 mins away) and then to bring us all back at the end of the night.
I am looking at Cas Mila for my wedding ceremony and the Insotel hotel to stay at for a week in August 2014. Just starting to get the feelers out to see what family and friends would like to attend, lots of notice for them to start putting aside their pennies.
What was the hotel like? Did all of your guests stay there?
Would it be ok to email me some photos of Cas Mila please? **********@*****.**.**
Hi Bubbly, we got the coach for 500 euro (paid cash), which was the cheapest quote we could get everybody else was a good 100 euro more. The coach was new and very nice and comfortable. Rodrigo owns the company, we went to his office to pay you can find his contact details on his website http://autocaresibiza.com/
We went out to cala tarida last year to look at cas mila- from what we saw it has a few hotels and some restaurants/bars along the beach. It didnt have very much else there. We are planning on staying elsewhere and have advised our guests too, that way they wont come across cas mila before hand and we'll still have the wow factor! x
