Cas Mila do tables of 8-10, would you put 8 on them so people have more room?

For those who were asking about the luxury BBQ option there, the difference is that steak and fresh fish is also included for extra per head.

we've just decided to get married in Ibiza next year was going to book with thomsons then stumbled on this thread.

were only looking to have a very small wedding does anyone know anywhere that will cater for this ( when I say small I mean max 10 ppl with 2 of them been kids!)

Hiya, I am getting married at el chiringuito, cala gracio in august next year.

I know the venue is lovely etc as we went t a few times whilst on holiday last year, but was just wondering if anyone else his getting married here or has got married, as feel like I should be a lot more organised than I should but year far I only have the venue.....no accomodation and a real estimated price.

can anyone recommend a good DJ and approx cost? Also what are you all doing for cake as am thinking this will just melt so am looking at an alternative.

Hello. Hope everyone is well and having happy planning. Have any of the Elixir 2015 brides heard from Vickki regarding the inspiration bible. I have asked her twice in the past week and she has not answered me although she had originally said it would be ready approx. first week in May. I feel like a total pest but I am keen to get pricing stuff so that I can work out my budget.

Must admit was a little surprised at being charged for seting up of decor around the venue, for example arrival drinks table if want tablecloth, glasses etc have to pay. assumed this was standard set up for a wedding venue!! Lol

We have gone with a coach, we thought it was the least we could do as everyone is making such an effort to come to Ibiza to spend our day with us.

Candi quoted me £345 for 45 guests

Are you both booking coaches to take your guests home? I don't know what to do as all my guests are staying in different places across the island.

Most of my guests i am assuming will stay in Playa den bossa so i could just go for a coach just to there.

i am not until may 2015 so will just maybe see nearer the time depending on how much our total for everything will cost and if we are doing ok then its something i might on but im sure our guests will be happy to make their own way back if not.

It's going ok I think - I've been away for pretty much the whole of may so I'm lost with it all! Haha trying to get back onto it now but there seems so much to do!

We have gone for the bbq option as I want it to be as relaxed as possible - aperitivos downstairs at the beach bar to get the beach feel and then at present we're just having the dj I'd like some live music but I have no idea where I am upto with my budget!!! I get to try my dress on this saturday though so that is one thing im looking forward to!!

I wish I'd done all this 12 months ago haha. Have you got yours all booked? I took my mum to see it 2 weekends ago and fell back in love with the place as in my head I had it much smaller than what it is, even though this is the 4th time Ive been - us brides are mental

Hi Ladies,

Just got back from our amazing wedding in Cas Mila Ibiza may 29th. Our wedding was the more than we ever could of imagined everything went to plan including the weather! We had the coach option to pick up our guests from hotel in san an and return at 2 am back to san an. Guests that stayed further afield got a taxi from san an after coach had dropped off. Cala Tarida is only 20 min or so from San Antonio so not too far but i would recommend providing transport for guests as would of taken a long time ordering taxis at end of night!

We also had lovely Laura (a surprise present from our guests!) for the tapas and sagria part of the day, the guitarist for our meal and fire dancers for the evening, all were fantastic and i would recommend all of them especialyl Laura budget depending!

Any questions feel free to ask candi was brilliant too throughout all the planning and on the day

Just sad its all over now so enjoy the planning and the day itself as its goes too quick!

having laura during tapas is a good idea we had requested for evening but Laura's manager cannot confirm anything so far ahead yet but will definitely requested for the tapas.

who did you go with for photography?

I was slightly worried with the venue as the new cotton beach club has just opened next to casa mila and was worried casa mila would look outdated!

did you bring your own table decorations or did candi have some to offer?

Also did u have BBQ menu?thats what we will go for I think!

how was the cupcakes they offer with package? And did u do a free bar?
