The wedding party inc me and groom-to-be are staying at the palladium Don Carlos in Siesta and the majority of our friends are staying at the Orquidea Hotel - so a 5-10 minute walk from us but right on the beach at Santa Eulalia.
We went round a few hotels in SE as we wanted to be an easy commute from the venue and loved the town and we gave them some options and the majority booked there. We also have some friends in a 3-bed villa nearby, but all in the same resort.
Initially, they wanted the ceremony to be at 6/6.30pm but we wanted to start earlier and this was the earliest time they could give us. But, I think (hope!) it will work quite well like this.
Hope that helps, let me know if you have any other questions x
Fab thanks for that sian, your hotel looks lovely we've got 2 little ones ourselves though so will need a family hotel. I'll have a look at the other you mentioned thank you.
Weve not been to SE before would you recommend it? Don't want anywhere to quiet but obviously we've got the children si somewhere nice for families? Xx
So strange as we have been told that ceremony can't be until 7pm as it is a public beach and can't use it before then?
We are getting married end of July next year so maybe it's because it's peak season? Your timings are so much better then ours! If you don't mind me asking did you have to pay an exclusivity fee?
Yes, I imagine it is due to the season. We got to skip exclusivity fee if we had min 50 adults from mid-September up, which we've done - 50 adults and 3 children.
We were warned there may still be a few people on the beach with our earlier start, but hoping they will dissapear when they see a wedding is taking place - I would!
I think with July, it could poss be too hot to start at 5.30pm anyway which is another reason they don't suggest it. And you have till 2am so three hours to party after dinner, but I agree, it is late.
Gorgeous venue, can't wait to see it on the day! ?

I am just back from Ibiza (so sad!) we went to see Pura Vida last week and loved it - I would recommend anyone looking or thinking of getting married there to go for it! So chill, easy going and laid back! Can't wait to get married there!
Me and my fiance are hoping to get married in Ibiza August 2017. We've looked at the Cas Mila and think it's the one but we can't find any nice hotels nearby. Unless I'm looking in the wrong places lol. I fell in love with sensaroti (sp?) But then saw all the bad reviews. Can anyone help please? Thank you. We would prefer one that is family friendly but also luxurious if that's even possible xx
I'm getting married at Cas Mila June 2016 and have been advised we will need to arrange transport for everyone at the end of the night, does anyone have any suggestions on who to book, we have roughly 50 guests.
Hi we had our wedding blessing at Cas Mila just over 3 weeks ago, it was just perfect, Candi and her team were amazing, we had everything in the package apart from the cakes, we had another lady in Ibiza do our cake and it was so lovely! We had lovely Laura play, she was so good! We had the drag show which was a brilliant ice breaker- so funny! We had the photographer in the package Anne, she is lovely and we've had all our photos back already. We had Ana Lui for videography (still waiting to see this-can't wait) it was all just lovely, if anyone wants any advice or has any questions please email me *****.*****@******.***
Forgot to mention we had smack for hair and make up, they're soooo good! Sara is just lovely and so helpful. They also arranged for me to have gel nails and toes done ?
I will let you know if I find anywhere. No I haven't booked Cas Mila yet as I don't know how far in advance I'd have to book etc. Once I've found accommodation nearby I will ask Candida when I can book.
I've heard so many good reviews about this place. My only concern is as I'd only have around 35 guests at the blessing, we wouldn't be able to get exclusivity. So how many parties would be alongside us at the same time?
I didn't have exclusivity at Cas Mila and it was fine, the veranda where it all takes place is just for the weddings and its sectioned off, we didn't really notice the rest of the restaurant being open.
No it really didn't matter, it was fine without exclusivity.
yea the holiday village is so lovely, it's in a nice quiet part of Ibiza as well (port des torrent) which is just at the end of the bay, the beach there is my favourite ? my wedding was in July though and we found it very expensive to stay here at this time. We ended up booking to stay at the hotel fiesta milord which isn't far from the holiday village, they upgraded our room to a seaview room for nothing and we got champagne on arrival which was lovely! Our 3 year old loved it there.
We got married at Cas Mila on 5th August this year and it was amazing. I was worried as I had only the reviews online to go by, but it did not disappoint. Candi and her team were so helpful, the food was amazing and the setting was breathtaking.
Myself, husband and two children along with some friends stayed at the Hotel Club Aura in Port Des Torrent which is about 10 minutes in a cab. The hotel was amazing. We stayed all inclusive and the food was really good, plenty of it and the hotel was clean and the kids loved it. It has a shared water park with the sister hotel next door Seaview Village. If you want luxury then this is a good option. (we did look here but for a family of four it was too expensive - as we had 19 of our friends coming out for the wedding and we wanted to pay for them and put some money behind the bar).
My In-Laws stayed in San Antonio Bay which is a ten minute walk from the hotel. The Hotel Club Aura is a 3 minute walk to a lovely sandy beach which comes alive at night with fire dancers, chilled music from the bars and has a real family atmosphere.
If you book Cas Mila you wont be disappointed. We did look at the Sensatori Hotel in Cala Tarida, but it was really expensive and there is nothing outside of it. We like to walk after dinner and as San Antonio Bay was 10 mins away we would walk out after dinner and have a look in the shops, stop and have a beer and the kids would play on the bouncy castle and rodeo bull.
your right the holiday village is so expensive in the summer holidays. We're still undecided whether to get married in June and hope we can get a Saturday so that people can just come out for the weekend for the wedding or whether to look at end July so that family and friends can come for a holiday too (my sister works in a school so can't holiday in term time) if we go for summer holidays I don't think we'll be able to do holiday village so will be looking for an alternative all inclusive family hotel. Xx
I got married at Cas Mila on 5th August this year and it was amazing. The place is stunning. The pictures don't do it justice.
My advise would be to book Cas Mila first and then book your accommodation. I did this because when I emailed Candi last July 2014 to enquire about dates available for August this year, she only had 2 dates in August available, and I can only go away during term time as I have a 10 and 14 year old.
Once I confirmed the date with Candi, (and panicked and begged her to keep it for me) she held it for me provisionally until I paid her the deposit money the following day which secured my date. (I think it was about 250 euro bank transfer which gets deducted from the final balance).
As mentioned in a previous post we stayed in the Hotel Aura in Port Des Torrent (next to the Holiday Village) it was a lovely hotel, great food, staff and the kids loved the shared use of the water park. It is a 10 minute drive to Cas Mila and a 10 minute walk to San Antonio Bay which has some shops and bars.
I really would confirm Cas Mila as soon as you can. It is a fantastic setting, the food is amazing and the views are unreal.
Candi can help arrange mini-buses for you or if you search back through these posts I'm sure I've read someone has put a name of a company for you to call. I only had 19 people attending so just needed a few cabs.
There are no other parties it is just you. We only had 19 guests - 10 adults and 9 children and believe me you do not need exclusivity. You don't notice the people in the other side of the restaurant at all. I though about this but when your there, your so wrapped up talking to your own guests and enjoying the moment, you forget about other people even being there.
I didn't see anyone else until I went down the stairs to go to the beach at about 11pm to paddle with the kids lol. Believe me don't worry your sectioned off and you have the best view of the sunset. Don't let this put you off booking Cas Mila. It truly is the most stunning location. I cant even describe how amazing the place is.
