Any help will be great! I don't have a lot of money but would love a great wedding in West Sussex area, I live in Yapton and don't drive so can't explore places that I would want to. So would love anyone to give me ideas or help!

Basic stuff I want is on my wedding day I want black and blue roses (fake is fine), royal purple tables or darkish blue or even silver, light blue ribbons on chairs.
good make up and hair person
great transport (that you can eat and drink in)
- Black jackets, white shirt and blue waist coat with blue tie and blue or white flowers for the men
good DJS that will play anything you want
entertainment for children maybe
anything els I might need for any advise will be great!! 
first time married and don't know much about any of this.
