please help! dissertation topic: weddings

Hi Everyone,

I am currently studying a BA degree in Event Management at University of Gloucestershire. My dissertation topic is 'A study on the progression of weddings: How has modern culture changed / influenced the traditional wedding experience?'
I have put together a short 15 question questionnaire in aim to research the influences of society today and the effect this has had on traditions and elements of a wedding, therefore the questions are directly about you and your wedding.

    Done. Did you deliberately not include reception/food costs in your list of "most expensive things?" I put other, because that was what we easily spent the most on, but wasn't sure if it was meant to be included or not.

    Done! I also put 'other' for expenses - to mean venue and food. I also didnt include transport as we won't be using any.

    Done - Another whose largest costs fell under other - Church & Reception Venue were the two most expensive elements.

    Also done. Also put 'OTHER' for largest costs as it was the reception which included catering etc. Church would have been in between my dress and his suit cost wise-totally forgot about that cost!

    I took 'entertainment' to mean the reception and put that as my most expensive - feeding, watering, entertaining etc Smiley smile
