Are they pro pics?

Chances are they're too big. Try resizing them then adding.

PLEASE remember to save a separate copy of the lower res file - don't save over your high res ones! I would suggest making a separate file and copying the high res photos you want to add - then resize them from the new location, leaving your high res photos safe.

If it's not down to size then I'm not sure - are you adding them by clicking on the film strip icon?

Yes I was using the film strip icon, it always worked for me in the past. It isn't the pro pics, but perhaps they are still too big. How on earth do I try to make them smaller/resize them?

I've been having the same problem - says there is an error with the website. Wondered if it might be the browser but tried Chrome, Firefox & IE but none working. Not had a problem in the past. Really irritating!
