I don't know where you can get them from, but abroad might not be a bad option, or contacting some local companies that do casino nights. I went to a friends birthday earlier in the year and she got casino tables in and my OH can home with a few chips in his pocket, whoops! So, I imagine that they have to keep stocking them up from somewhere.
