This is exactly hat I would've done too! I'm useless at remembering things. I'm one of those people that has lists of 'to do' lists and still manages to forget to do anything.

What sort of music would you like? More traditional stuff eg Etta James or more modern like Beyonce?

We've picked our songs but have quite a few that we're planning on putting on a CD with the rest to play in the background during the meal.
