Please please please help, looking for a venue for a dry hire wedding venue in Hampshire

Hi all, am new to this and hoping that someone can help. We're getting married in August 2015 and are looking for a dry hire wedding venue in Hampshire and maybe Surrey as we live in Southampton. At the moment we are considering Froyle park but their prices are a bit steep. Any suggestions would be helpful as we want to provide our own drinks and find our own caterers. Btw we are having an African wedding and most the caterers on the recommended list don't really cater for the kind of cuisine we want. Thank you
