Plus 1 - Invitation Wording!

Hi! I would really appreciate any help people can give!

I am trying to urgently get out my wedding invites, some guests i am giving them plus ones for the evening but not for the day. Any ideas how to word this on the invite or should i do it more informally and just tell them they can have a plus one for the night?

Mr bloggs is warmly invited to the wedding of x & y...... yada yada normal invite stuff then

'a guest a welcome to join you celebrating with us at the evening reception from 7pm'

or something to that end
