Post ceremony drink

Purpleshoes13, 17 January, 2017 at 18:19 Posted on Planning 0

Hello,

I'm struggling to decide on what to serve for our post ceremony drinks. We want to have a local beer as one option and a non alcoholic fizzy drink as another, but unsure what to have for our 2nd alcoholic option. We are getting married in October and I think pimms is too summery, so have thought about winter pimms with lemonade instead. A friend has suggested sloe gin and lemonade but I worry that it's quite an aquired taste. We are having prosecco as our toast drink and I suppose there is no harm having post ceremony too Smiley smile but was hoping for something different. Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Boringly, I would go with prosecco. It's a crowd pleaser and easy to sort as it doesn't require any mixing or measuring. Yoi could make it into a bucks fizz with some orange, or a kir royal with some chambord or something though if you wanted something different.

Sloe gin and lemonade sounds delicious though!
