I've been prescribed gaviscon and am flying on Friday (? Fruit Gum) taking hand luggage only, will I be allowed to take my mahoosive bottle of Gaviscon with me or does the 100 ml rule apply even to prescription medicines? ?

I could do that or buy some airside, but I am a cheapskate and was hoping not to as I get my prescriptions free at the moment ?

? for the link, not likely to be allowed as it's only for heartburn, hardly an essential medication.

Will you need more than 100ml? Could you just put it in a smaller bottle that you can take?
