Hi!
Very minor detail but…when are people thinking of giving thank you gifts to readers/those helping set up on the day? Bridesmaids and Groomsmen will get their gifts the morning of but I wondered if those reading should have their gift on their seat or in advance of the day?

You're giving gifts to your readers?? What sort of things? I'm not planning on getting anything for my readers. We'll gift our parents something after the wedding so save them having extra stuff to carry

Earrings for the girls and a bottle opener for the gent. Very old friends so want to give them something as a momento.

Nice, I suppose it depends if you want to make it a big deal or not. You could do it during or after the speeches. Or give it to them privately in the morning if you're going to see them.

First thoughts are to give them out at the speeches if you are having them - its usually part of the grooms speech - a gift giving segment.

I'd do it during the speeches if you are having them. If not, or if the people you are giving to would be embarrassed by public attention, then either before or after.
