Pretty or bride-y sucky-in pants?

Kentish Gal, 6 June, 2013 at 13:28 Posted on Planning 0 3

Just popped in to Debenhams for pants to help suck my tummy in.

They all look like something my old Gran would have worn in the 50s. Anyone found anything pretty? Anything remotely bridal? There were some nice black ones but I don't want to go black...

Gok Wan has a range that are a bit more feminine, but they are vintage styled - so probably like something your granny would have worn. try simplyyours.com.

M&S sometimes do ones that have lace trims which look nice, but aren't the best technically.

I've got a pair from Asda that are only light control, and they are good and don't look too bad - but if you want control underwear, you aren't going to get anything that looks great, after all it's function over looks I'm afraid.

    Hi,

I had some gossard white satin style pants. They were slightly fuller pants but not too much. They matched the bra so looked really nice. Have a peek at Gossard's ranges. I think I purchased them from TKMaxx too - so got a discount.
