Printer recommendation

I like using Solopress. A bit pricier than Vistaprint, but next day service and fantastic quality.

They tend to print in batches of 25 so you end up with extras a lot of the time too, which we've found quite helpful!

Otherwise, have a look at Staples or "office outlet" as I believe they are now called. I had my Dissertation printed and bound by them and it was really reasonably priced, fantastic quality and same day

I've used an online company called Print Print in the past and they were quite competitive. I don't know if you need a specialist company for an order of service, but I know they do A5 "brochures", which may or may not suit you. Hope that helps.

I can't recommend a company as we did ours at home, including the card. As you are printing the inserts at home this could also work, annoyingly, you need to double check what thickness card your printer can take (gsm) we used https://www.ryman.co.uk/ryman-card-a4-200gsm-100-sheets and it worked absolutely fine, just used publisher and printed. The only thing that did take time was working out the correct fold under printer settings.

To staple it my husband commandeered the long arm stapler from his work one Friday evening for us to do at the weekend.

I also printed on card at home, 300gsm hammered card. It needed to be fed through individually but worked perfectly.
