Printing of signs and seating plan

Hello all. We get married this July and have done most of planning. Just need to nag fiancé about suits and rings and we are mainly done! But I have been thinking about a couple of things with regard to the seating. We are getting married in the clubhouse of a museum so not traditional and we aren’t planning on having ushers or even a best man. So then I thought we needed a sign to ask people to sit at any side for the ceremony as things will be uneven as most of the guests are mine lol. Plus a seating plan sign for the reception, no idea where to start with that as I assume I need to get this printed. The venue have not mentioned anything about this although I know they have an easel for the seating plan. Any advice? Would you just approach local printers???
