Printing of signs and seating plan

Hello all. We get married this July and have done most of planning. Just need to nag fiancé about suits and rings and we are mainly done! But I have been thinking about a couple of things with regard to the seating. We are getting married in the clubhouse of a museum so not traditional and we aren’t planning on having ushers or even a best man. So then I thought we needed a sign to ask people to sit at any side for the ceremony as things will be uneven as most of the guests are mine lol. Plus a seating plan sign for the reception, no idea where to start with that as I assume I need to get this printed. The venue have not mentioned anything about this although I know they have an easel for the seating plan. Any advice? Would you just approach local printers???

    I got a seating plan and welcome sign from maison creations, they have an Instagram l, mine hasn’t been delivered yet but the communication has been amazing Smiley smile

    I haven’t yet ordered a table plan but plan to do so on Etsy. Our venue also have an easel and have advised the next size for fitting on that. So if you know your venue has the easel I’d ask them about sizes, and then you can look online for a plan - stationary companies often do them, or Etsy, not on the high street. Can’t comment on whether you can go direct to the printer yourself as I don’t know but there are a lot of options out there

    It depends on your budget - I've seen a lot of home-made seating plans which look really good. You can also get them printed online or get a local printer to do it for you.

    Our stationery suppliers provided everything from invites to seating plans and welcome signs. Is this something you stationery supplier could do also (means you can have it all matching as well).

    I’ve had a look at their options and they don’t have one for the seating plans really. They do print large foam boards which is the kind of thing I need but not in our colour scheme so I might need to go elsewhere.
