Protection against beads chafing arms.

Becca, 8 of July of 2021 at 17:49 Posted on Beauty & Wellbeing 0 2
This might sound odd, but my wedding dress is heavily beaded.
My seamstress suggested I use spray on plaster on my upper arms to protect against chaffing.

Has anyone actually do this? Does it work? I don’t want to end up with peely bits under my arms like when glue dries and peels off lol.

This is a really good point - my dress also has beading under the arm area and we considered getting some removed to avoid them rubbing.

I would suggest using blistex blister stick - it's amazing stuff, any time I use it with new shoes they have never, ever rubbed and I swear by it. Easy to apply and goes on clear, it just helps create a barrier to avoid rubbing so imagine this will work really well with a beaded dress too! Boots sell it, not overly expensive and worth every penny!
