Questions to ask venues abroad

Hi all,


Totally new to this but I’m in the UK and looking at getting married in a venue we’ve fallen in love with in Tuscany, Italy.
For anyone that has been and done it, I have a video call with them on Wednesday.
What questions are good ones to ask or anything you found helpful for me to know?
