Rainbow trout

What is the best way to cook it - I've never eaten trout before. Fish fingers are generally as seafood as I get ?

    I had a whole one to cook after Mr kmw caught two while fishing. I used a Waitrose recipe. This one is trout with minted peas it was delicious
