Hi everyone!
We have our rescheduled wedding reception in November and have been trying to get in touch with our caterer. We have already paid them a 25% deposit but now that we are trying to get in touch, they are not responding to emails, their phone number always goes to voicemail and we cannot get through to the guy that was dealing with our event.
I've heard that the company recently changed hands and the new director clearly doesn't care very much - I've heard that this has happened to a lot of couples and we have no way of contacting them!
Has anyone dealt with this before and have any advice on what we can do from a legal standpoint?
