Hi,
im looking for ideas for a venue for our wedding, no date set likely 2024/25.
most venues iv looked at offer a 3-course set meal time for speeches etc, but what i would like is a more relaxed vibe, not unlike a wedding aborad where you would have a ceremony, drinks then a BBQ and then the party.
i also don't want to break the bank, ive never seen the point in spending 10s of thousands of pounds on one day (sorry for those who do).
any ideas on venue preferably with some accommodation too would be great Smiley smile

    Look on the hitched venue page, you can pitnin the elements you want, itnmaybe you are better hiring a venue and then bringing in catering as you could get a BBQ food truck for example if you don't want thebfillmsitndown meal and will likely be cheaper

    We visited, although didn’t choose, Sandhole Oak Bath in Congleton. From memory their catering partner (TopTable) did all sorts incl. sharing platters, buffets and bbqs, as well as the normal 3 course dinner.
