Removing sticky plaster marks

Does anyone have any tips for removing the marks from my arm left by a plaster? I have tried soap and water and nail varnish remover, but its staying fast ☹️

I quite often give blood, and therefore have plaster marks to get rid of.

Recently I've found that after a shower if I rub the plaster mark with my towel it comes off fairly easily.

Try rubbing it with a flannel, soap and water (but you have to be quite rough)

Baby oil should remove it quite easily.
