Hi ladies. What are peoples thoughts on renewals? We have a little, rushed wedding when we 1st got married to ensure my husband's beloved grandmother was there (she was ill and died a year later) so we didn't the wedding we wanted. I didn't have a wedding dress and we just wasn't happy (we was happy that my husband's grandmother saw us get married).


Is it wrong to what we wanted then for our renewal?

    I think it is a great idea to do a renewal and you can have it as big or small as you like. If you feel you missed out on things 1st time round and you are now in a position to afford to splash out and have a full on wedding with dress and all the other bits then I say go for it. I would try and do it on or as close you your original wedding date
