Is any one else planning their vow renewal? We’ve been together 10 years and married for 8 years but will be 10 years next year!!

We never got the big ‘wedding’ just a small intimate wedding with around 10 family members due to me being 8 months pregnant at the time and my husband being very old fashioned and traditional. He wanted me to have the same surname as our child.
Sooooo…. I’m kinda hoping I’m not alone at planning my vow renewal!!!

Hi, I'm planning a surprise hand fasting renewal in Edinburgh for our 10th wedding anniversary next year. We had a small wedding about 8 guests in Gibraltar, it was nice but definitely not my ideal day, I'm saving a “big” wedding my dream as it were for our 15th maybe.
In the meantime were having a small trip away for a long weekend, and I'm planning the renewal as a surprise. Where are you planning yours? What's your guest number? Good luck 🤞

We’re eloping in Gretna Green but I’ve already said we will be going back in the future for a handfasting vow renewal! I love the idea of vow renewals
