Hi

When you send guests a 'requests info' link if they open it in a mobile (regardless of type of link) they can add any companions they want. How do we prevent this as we have the full guest list and don't want companions added or for people to duplicate?

    Hi Lucy,

    Just wondering if anyone from Hitched got back to you about your question? Or did you figure it out for yourself? I am getting married in May and have noticed some issues with the website. There doesn't seem to be any user guide, FAQ's or any support option...

    Congratulations. No I didn't hear back. We didn't use the functionality in the end, we got email addresses for everyone outside of hitched and just used the send invites piece. We also deleted the menu options and used it for types instead e.g. vegetarian, coeliac etc.

    I haven't tried using that part yet but will need to use it very soon. I appreciate the heads up!
