reserve list / when to send out evening invites

Hello,

Do you all have a reserve list for day guests? And if so are you sending out your evening invites a few weeks after your day ones? I don't really know what to do!

    Hi

    Thats exactly what we have done. I sent my day invites out really early (8 months). RSVP's starting to flow in now and so far had 2 declines (which are fine as they are old relatives we wont fussy on having anyway). We have a set deal with the venue for 50 guests, so its foolish not to use all the spaces, so we will bump up. I havent even made my day invites yet because we need to see who is definiately coming.

    Thanks Ladies - yes that's really helpful. Am aiming to send out day invites early - mid April so hopefully will get most RSVPs back quick-ish (just going to give people til early June) then will send evening out in mid May!

    Cool - I seem to need clarity on everything - too many decisions!
