Hi when uploading our image for the front-page it is too big. We have tried to resize it but not working. Any help much appreciated. Thanks

Is the photo on your computer? What I did was open the photo against a dark background, and then I took a sectional screenshot (like a normal screenshot, except it's only part of the screen instead of the entire thing). Windows, I believe, calls it the Snipping Tool.
Anyway, with it open on a dark background, take a sectional screenshot that includes that background, forming a rectangle that's longer on the top and bottom than the sides. You can either try to get it exactly to the upload dimensions (1440x820), or you can just guess and keep trying until you get it right.
You can also reposition the photo itself by clicking and dragging while in editing/uploading mode, then clicking "Save Changes".
