Try looking on the venue section on here as you can filter by venue type and capacity. I know Hilton hotels are normally good for large numbers, I dont know if you are going to be able to get a restaurant for this many people, and if you can you will likely need to pay them an exclusive hire fee on top as they wont be able to open to the public. maybe look at private dining spaces or conference venues, as they will have larger spaces
