Ah, my guilty pleasure. Link me up to some beauties in your area. Price no object - I'm window shopping rather than buying! Bonus marks for a link to the house you'd buy if you were a Euromillions winner. If I had a spare few mil I think I'd go for this one...

If I had a spare few mil I think I'd go for this one https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-36560588.html Great development opportunity and fabulous period features.

Not the most expensive by a long shot, but I just love it.

    What one?

I have lived both north and south of albert rd! Agree going towards Highland Rd is rough, also there is a bit where Southsea hits Somerstown ?

Ooh I love cruising houses. I like this one http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-29650715.html because I know the area and it is stunning green belt but still local-ish.

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-20115975.html I also like these because all the footballers and WAGs live round there - charity shops are bursting with designer goodies on a good day, but I have never been lucky!

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-36532922.html this one is the best as it has a pool! Plus OH used to live near here and it is a lovely area (most parts) and has some family not far away.

Oh yes- the Alma is a bit rough- have only been there once or twice, on a Albert rd pubcrawl, Start at the Mayflower and end up at the Wine Vaults Smiley smile

Have you ever been to the Devonshire Arms?

I remember Barrington from my days at Cambridge.

Glorious little pub, we went there several times for lunch/dinner, and a fabulous little village.

If we had stayed in the Cambridgeshire area after graduating, the village would have been high on our list.

This!. Obviously some of the decor is not to my liking but if money was no problem then things could be changed. Love the location though.

No its far from nice- they dont sell wine in there- thats the sort of pub it is. Its daddy minis local on account of the proximity to Fratton Park Smiley sad

LOVE the wine vaults. we had our engagement party in there. Used to be my local (altough far away from my house) befroe I had to move in with MrMini in the suburbs *grumble grumble*

Oddly enough thou- a hitcher on here works in out local now- have never been brave eough to go up to someone and ask if its them or not!
