    Either that or we'd spontaneously combust or something.

    Thing that I find seriously odd is how quickly I was able to get the police from a position where they were looking at charging me with a drink/drug related offence to investigating an offence against me. With just about nothing other than telling them "I didn't have that much to drink".

    I suppose the Police just firstly assume that the person is drunk as per what they normally see.

    I'm glad they're investigating it further though. Do you know if there is any CCTV in the area? Hope you get your stuff back, Nick. What a scary experience.

    And now the good news. (a bit)

    Laptop has been handed into the Police. Whoever did it left no name or details at the station. (or Police wouldn't tell me)

    Rest of stuff still AWOL.

    How scary ONE, my 18 year old sister had her drink spiked but luckily her friends sussed that something had happened because she had a really bad reaction to it and they got my Mum to come and get her. She felt rough for a few days after and kept going dizzy, so take care.

    Glad you've got your laptop back.
