rsvp - people missing the Menu

We had the same, we sent a screenshot on the e-vite as we didn't use the Hitched RSVP as it was too restrictive showing the position but lots still missed it, so I have had to message then to ask them what they want and update manually as once they accept they canto go back in, unless you reset their RSVP to Pending

Thanks Charlotte, I've put in bold clear instructions, so hopefully that helps, but i'll send that screenshot as a just in case!

Seems odd that this guests are allowed to select their attendance and this not be mandatory!

Agree! They need a simple script to link the fields and radio buttons to not allow them to proceed unless selected. I could do it for them! there are so many great parts of this site but a few tweaks would make the user experience soooo much easier!

I've had the exact same issue, and it's driving me insane! It really should be easy to see, yet so many people aren't selecting anything.
I decided to wait til the deadline for responding, and then I'll chase everyone who hasn't chosen at once - otherwise, I'll be going back and forth constantly, and it's too much fuss.

Hopefully they'll get back with something helpful - although I've tried looking at it from a guest perspective on desktop and mobile, and it seems pretty obvious that the dropdown menu is there to me... *shrugs*
