Ryecroft Hall - anyone used before?

Just wondering if anyone has used Ryecroft Hall in Audenshaw? Or even just booked with them. I phoned today and they've apparently been taken over by new events team who haven't sorted their documents for hire fee etc. They said they'd email me food lists but I've not had anything. Just wondering what it's like price wise really, hoping it's not outside our budget!
