Sample dress experiences

Any experiences of sample dresses.
Tried a dress on yesterday and fell in love with it.

The girl said it was going into a sale next week with over 50% off 😱😱 SoI could take that one. It does have a few tan marks under the armpits and would need a small alteration to a blemish at the back from people trying it onBut I’m general in excellent condition. I would only need those and then just normal alternations.
Do I take it as it’s a bargain or buy the dress brand new but this would full price(Over 3k 😱)
Anyone any experiences with dry cleaning sample dresses, did they come up well after or did any marks like makeup and tan come out?
