We ordered and paid for a wedding cake from this lady. On the day of the wedding we received a text message, yes text!, 20 minutes past delivery time, to say that the cake had collapsed and she was a no show. No proof, no nothing. We have since tried to get in touch with her by text and telephone, to be told we would receive a full refund asap, then it would be by the end of the month (August). Now she seems to have blocked my numbers. The last time I got through on the telephone she hung up on me.
I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND USING THIS LADY for your precious wedding cake.
I am not even sure she made the cake.SCAM !SCAM !Do you have any suggestions on how to get a refund ?

If she has a Facebook page, I’d definitely leave a review to notify other brides to not buy thorough her! I’d also recommend what Sarah suggested. Hopefully, if you had a contract with her, you could take it further - make sure to keep all correspondence you have with her as evidence!
