Sausage casserole without tomatoe?

WIseMonkey, 13 January, 2009 at 15:24 Posted on Off Topic Posts 0 3

Sorry to post an 'ask' on here as i'm not a regular on OT.

If anyone knows and it's not too much trouble can someone point me in the direction of a tasty Sasage casserole recipe that doesn't contain tomatoes? is there such a thing?

Thanks in advance.

I've made this sausage and lentil casserole several times:

When we've done sausage hot-pot/casserole in the past, we just grill the sausages, add the gravy and bung anything else in that we fancy. So, beans, cubed potato, slices of carrots, cubes of turnip. (The vegetables may need a bit of boiling first). Shove in the oven and cook for half an hour.
